  • Account information — your name, business name, email address, and the details you provide during setup (services, hours, service area, pricing).
  • Call data — phone numbers, call recordings and transcripts, and the structured job details captured during calls handled on your behalf.
  • Caller information — information your callers share with the AI receptionist (name, phone, address, the job they need) so we can text it to you.
  • Billing information — subscription plan and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
  • Usage data — basic analytics and logs used to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use your information to answer and route calls, capture and deliver job details, provide your dashboard and analytics, process billing, provide support, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Call recording & transcripts

Calls handled by Ringzee may be recorded and transcribed so we can deliver job details to you and improve call handling. You are responsible for any caller notifications or consents required by the laws that apply to your business and your callers' locations.

Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Ringzee — for example our telephony/SMS provider, speech and language AI providers, hosting, and our payment processor — and only as required to deliver the service or comply with law.

Data retention

We retain account and call data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

Your choices

You can access and update your business information in your dashboard, cancel your subscription at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
