These Terms govern your access to and use of Ringzee AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Ringzee provides an AI phone receptionist that answers calls on your behalf, captures job details, and notifies you by SMS or WhatsApp. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for how you use the information Ringzee delivers to you.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Usage allowances (such as included minutes) are described on our pricing page. Depending on the option you choose during setup, usage beyond your plan may be charged per additional minute or paused until you upgrade.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your number and service remain active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, and to comply with all laws applicable to call recording, telemarketing, and communications with your callers.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ringzee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed or mishandled calls. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
